Top 5 Ways to Maximize Your Service Roundtable Rebates

  1. In the Roundtable Rewards Portal make sure you review all the partner pages of the partners you are working with and/or want to work with
    1. These pages provide critical information to items you must adhere to in order to qualify for rebates
    2. If the partner has a product and/or service that is excluded from rebates, it will be listed on this page
    3. If there are any reporting requirements, you can find them listed on these pages
    4. You can find company contact information on these pages if in fact you need to speak with this partner

  2. If you are working with Service Roundtable partners, make sure they know you are a Service Roundtable Member – this is important so they can track and report on your sales each quarter!

  3. Communicate to your partners regularly, compare sales, discuss pricing, and request sales reporting when and if necessary and when needed.

  4. Report, Report, Report – Make sure you are entering your quarterly sales in the roundtable reporting portal. This will help us with the reconcile process as well as make sure you receive all your eligible rebates. Reporting is strongly recommended and members who do report end up receiving bigger checks - Do not leave money on the table!

  5. Make sure everyone on your team that uses any 3rd party resource for a product or service has access to the Roundtable Rewards Portal.

Tip: Anyone in the company can be set up with a Sub Account, which will provide other team members the ability to utilize the partner directory to drive more consistency with pricing and of course the ability to earn more rebates.
