TACCA Contractor Membership Billing Annual dues for contractor membership cover the cost of membership in both the state association and one local chapter, if applicable. Membership services begin when dues payment has been processed. Membership dues are renewed on an anniversary year timeline. Contractor Membership Billing, Fees and Autorenewal Like many associations, TACCA is moving to autorenewal to avoid disruption of a member’s services and benefits. TACCA contractor memberships are purchased for a 12-month term. Membership dues and fees are non-refundable. Contractor members have the option to pay dues in one annual payment or 12 monthly installments. TACCA contractor membership dues are automatically renewed on their anniversary. Annually: Annual membership payments can be paid through credit card or check. Members that DO NOT want to participate in the automatic renewal billing can delete the “Open (awaiting auto-bill) invoice” via their member profile or contact Member Services or by phone at 512-320-0616, Monday – Thursday between 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-3:00pm.
Membership Rates (as of August 2023)
Monthly: Installment membership payments can be paid via credit card. Cardholder understands and agrees that by opting into installment billing their card will be charged monthly and will automatically renew on membership anniversary date. Installment payers cannot opt out of autorenewal. Renewal will be at the rate determined for that calendar year. To choose monthly installments, please complete this FORM and return to Member Services. Monthly Installment Fee and Agreement: The annual administrative fee to pay your membership in monthly installments is $12.00, charged at a rate of $1.00 per month. Refund and Cancellation Policy: TACCA membership dues are non-refundable. This includes the annual administrative fee for those paying in monthly installments. When a year of membership is purchased using monthly installments, this is a commitment to pay for a full year of membership and monthly payments cannot be canceled. Members who wish to cancel after completing their one-year term of membership should submit their request in writing at least 30 days prior to autorenewal to Member Services. Tax Information Membership dues paid to TACCA are NOT deductible as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes but may be deductible in part as a business expense. TACCA estimates that 15% in even years and 50% in odd (legislative) years is non-deductible due to lobbying expenses. TACCA encourages all members to consult a tax professional regarding deductibility inquiries. Auto-Renew Acknowledgement By joining or renewing, contractor members understand that state and chapter (if applicable) membership will be renewed annually by charging the credit/debit card on file for full dues until such time as TACCA is notified to cancel auto-renew by telephone or in writing to Member Services or TACCA, 797 Sam Bass Rd., Suite 2575, Round Rock, Tx 78681 Note: Associate Memberships do not auto-renew |
