Join Our Team! Association Assistant – Round Rock/Cedar Park, Texas

As our Association Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and the public, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding support.

What You’ll Do:

 Answer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
 Provide top-notch customer service to members and the public
 Register individuals for memberships and training classes
 Manage class registrations and update website content
 Coordinate and ship book orders for training courses
 Communicate with instructors to ensure smooth class operations
 Assist with light bookkeeping and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

 High school diploma or GED required
 At least one year of office experience
 Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
 Ability to take direction well and work efficiently
 Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
